It is an outdoor movement class in a quite and unique location in Utrecht. We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. So there will be a moment of surprise, curiosity and novelty in any class. Every exercise will be adjusted to your current level.

Every Tuesday, the group 024 Waalrunners go for a run at a distance of between 7km - 10km depending on the group. maar niet altijd uitkomen zoals je zou willen. Hier mag je binnenlopen bij mensen die weten hoe het voelt. en schaamteloos jezelf zijn. Tijdens het cafe creëren we ruimte, praten we over de krachten en de uitdagingen. Niet hangen en luisteren maar interactief ontdekken. Soms met een thema.
 Soms ontstaat het gesprek vanzelf.

On Tuesday, we’ll get together with climbers of all different levels to boulder and socialize at Monk. We’ll arrive from 19.30h onward to introduce ourselves or catch up. At 20.00h, we’ll climb together as a group. If a lot of people join, we might split into two groups. Then around 21.00h, we will wrap up and go for drinks at the bar or on the terrace. All you need to bring are sporty clothes and a water bottle. Keep in mind that you need to pay the entrance fee to the bouldering hall. If you have never bouldered before, you might want to join our beginner group first!

Welcome to the fourth edition of the Cafe Crawl series! This edition is a special one because it's for women only, a fun girl's night out exploring cute cafes together! It's the perfect way to make new female friends in the city or just have a good evening together. We will visit a few nice cafes close to the beautiful Griftpark and we might pass some beautiful street art too.
