Spring Reset for Women is an evening dedicated to transition and renewal. As the season shifts, this gathering offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. From there, participants are guided into a breathwork journey supported by music and imagery. Uvidíme modernu, Central Park, neobjevená místa i Vyšehrad. Na konci nás čeká příjemná kavárna s francouzským šarmem. Sejdeme se venku nalevo od vstupu do Arkád (z metra C Pankrác) před kavárnou Starbucks. Část trasy je trošku off-road, tak lepší budou turistické botky. Prosím, přijďte včas. The walk is 5km so it will take us a bit over an hour. We will see the modern buildings, Central Park (yes!), hidden places as well as Vyšehrad. Our journey will finish in a pleasant coffee shop with a very french charm. The meeting point is outside on the left of the main entrance to Arkády (coming from the undeground C Pankrác) in front of the Starbucks. Hi All, Come and join us for social running and a coffee! We meet at the main gate of Vystaviste - tram stop Vystaviste Holesovice. We will run in Stromovka. Usually we run around 50mins and it is up to everyone how many kilometres. We welcome all levels of runner. We can all run together or, if there is more of us, we can split into groups and at the end of the run we all meet close to the starting point to go for a coffee to a nice local coffee place (where they also sell cakes and great chocolate).
