We’ll walk through how Kubernetes evolved from an internal project inspired by Google’s Borg system into a CNCF‑backed open‑source powerhouse that now drives modern cloud‑native infrastructure. Attendees will gain insight into the major milestones that shaped Kubernetes: the rise of containers, the shift toward microservices, the explosion of cloud‑native tooling, and the ecosystem that formed around it — including service meshes, GitOps, operators, and multi‑cloud architectures. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*.
