I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Welcome to the Competitive Play Session. This session takes place every Saturday from 10:45 to 12:15 at the Yonex Badminton Hall Hardbrücke. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability. This session is for experienced players looking for quality games. Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies. You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session. New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Dear All, This session is mainly for the people who want to learn kundalini yoga/meditation in a traditional way. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. When it awakens, it ascends through the chakras until it reaches the highest chakra, the Sahasrar. When that occurs, we merge with our True Self and attain SELF realization (our true nature). This process is compared to lighting one candle with another that is already lit and glowing. When the teacher is connected with the fully realized master and the energy is completely within his or her control, shaktipat initiation ensures that the student’s energy will remain active and stable. 🎨 **What?** A painting event in which you will have a canvas to fill, chilled bottles of wine and beverages to drink, and some snacks to snack on! The canvas will be yours to do with as you wish - be it painting something you have in mind, teaming up with other guests to do portraits, trying to replicate renowned paintings, or making an abstract mess. All the painting elements (canvas, paint, brushes, palettes and tripods) will be provided by us, and you will naturally be able to take your master piece with you once you leave! **ℹ️ F.A.Q.** Some remarks and commonly asked information: * This event is not a painting class. * The paint type is acrylic and the canvases are \~25x30cm. * The event can accommodate special diets if you let us know with time. * The event is kid friendly. 📌**Location** The event will be held at a private apartment in Baden, right by the train station. Welcome to the **Task-Buddies** event of the **Zürich Productivity Circle**, where we bring together like-minded individuals to work on personal goals and share the experience of growth in a supportive community.
