At the end of the event it is important that you scan the first QR CODE on your sheet and there will have to fill in your contact information: name, phone number, instagram, mail... and the name of the three people you like the most (It is a good idea to write all the names in the sheet as long as we are having the dates, and at the end just crossed out all except for the 3 we like the most). In the form we will also appreciate your feedback either good or negative to improve the event. You can grab a drink, nip the loo and relax in the indicated area. During the rounds a waiter/waitress will come just in case you need a refill! * **Rounds Begin** → Each participant has a mini-date (7 minutes) with another person. * **Rotation** → At the signal (host announcement or gong), the guys move to the next partner. The rotation is always counterclockwise direction so you need to move to your left side. Boys will be stand up 30 seconds to take notes and girls will remain sitting in same position. * **Half-break** → There is no half-break but if you want to pause, just ask the host if you can skip a round of 7 minutes so you can order drinks or food, go to the can or just relax at the garden. * **End of Rounds** → At the end we usually gather at the garden to have a drink. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
