El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. No estan permesos cops **ni al cap ni en els genitals.** 2. **La/s ma/ns** que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. **No es pot estocar,** només colpejar amb el lateral de l'arma. 4. **Abans de començar** qualsevol enfrontament, cal estendre les armes, procedir a una lleugera salutació mitjançant el xoc entre aquestes. 5. **Cuida del company** amb el qual entrenes. Vigila la seva esquena i advertir-li de forats, arbres, altres persones o altres irregularitats en el terreny. 6. **Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena**, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. So this month's prompt is more general. I think we can all agree that we are living in "unique" times that require coping skills. I think that one role and/or purpose of philosophy is to help us deal with our daily lives and our "unique" times. So, let's share our feelings and thoughts about which philosopher/philosophy we turn to in order to deal with our crazy events. Who/what helps you stay focused in your daily life and helps you sleep at night. I find that Stoicism with a little philosophical pessimism mixed in goes a long way in helping me deal with what I see as very destructive, fearful and mean spirited public policies at both the state and federal levels.
