It is an outdoor movement class in the calisthenics park in Griftpark . We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. The Dutch Heuvelrug is a hilly and sandy ridge, running from Hilversum in the north to Rhenen in the south. This National Park is covered in forest, heather and stretches of sand and dunes. Maki-e is a traditional Japanese lacquer decoration technique. Techiniques are involved drawing pictures, patterns, and letters on the surface of lacquerware using lacquer, and then sprinkling and fixing metal powder, such as gold or silver, onto the surface.
