Take a moment for yourself by the lake. This lakeside mindfulness session is created to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a calm outdoor setting. We’ll start with a short 5-minute introduction round, followed by 10 minutes of guided breathing exercises to help you relax and reset. Then we’ll move into a 10-minute body scan to bring awareness to the body. We’ll finish with a 10-minute group reflection, where we take a moment to gently connect with our feelings in a safe and relaxed space. Afterwards, we’ll stay a bit longer for a casual social moment to chat, connect, and enjoy the lakeside together 🤍 It might get a bit cooler during the evening, Please bring warm clothing and maybe a blanket so you can stay comfortable ✨ I will be teaching the Pilates session until 20:00. If you arrive 5–10 minutes earlier, you’re welcome to join the final stretching or simply stay quietly and relax in the space.
