# Ranelagh Arts Film Festival Following our very successful Day One event we are proud to announce Day Two, featuring a selection of fantastic short documentaries. We are organizing our first brunch and we chose a place that is really important to us: Wallace Asti. We’ve been there 2 or 3 times already and have never been disappointed, not even a bit. Wallace Asti has invented a new type of Brunch, the Pizza brunch, where we can have tiramisu pancake, paninazzo, granola, poached eggs served on pizza dough flatbread, etc..... and it's delicious! I treid it already! When we received their invite to participate in this initiative, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try something new. Meeting in Dublin Hueston Train Station for 12:30 AM (Inside beside Pret A Manger), Waiting 10 Minutes. At 12:40, we will going to take the Commuter train which is Scheduled for 12:50 AM to Portlaoise. We will be getting off the train at Sallins and Naas 13:22 PM. This Train Serves Park West and Cherry Orchard, Clondalkin Fonthill, Kishoge, Adamstown, Hazelhatch and Celbridge. When we reach Sallins and Naas Train Station, there is a coffee shop called Hey Darling Sallins and Coffee Express Trailor at the train station. It is a 6 minute walk to the start of the trail, this is a easy walk and you might see some boat passing by on the canal. Trail Duration is 2 to 2 in a half hour walking loop, 7.9 KM. Let’s meet for 12 o’clock high tide swim at Seapoint on Sunday. Meeting near near Martello Tower opposite bicycle racks. Water is still cold and be mindful how long you stay in. Bring warm clothes for after. Please note swimming is at your own risk and we are not lifeguards.

This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
