This time, we are heading to the south of Luxembourg, with our next meeting point in Esch-sur-Alzette.
Luxembourg may be a small country but it offers unique opportunities to actively shape society. Many of you eventually ask yourselves: how can I go beyond living and working here & start contributing in a meaningful way?
We will explore together:

• How residents can engage beyond their professional roles
• How ideas turn into concrete projects and initiatives
• What opportunities exist to contribute to social innovation and community life
This informal gathering is part of the LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast series carried out by The LuxBuzz Academy within the framework of activities organised by the [Biergerpakt by Mifa](https://www.linkedin.com/company/biergerpakt/).
We are delighted to welcome our speaker [Philippe Ternes](https://www.linkedin.com/in/philippeternes/) \- expert in civic participation\, democratic innovation & social impact\.

Networking Meeting - Luxembourg Centre
The chapter meets periodically and brings together a carefully curated group of business owners, independent and liberal professionals, sole proprietors, self-employed individuals, traders, and craftsmen. Our objective goes beyond networking, as we will work to give back to the society.
To preserve the value of these groups, each chapter will have the policy of only one representative per profession. This ensures a non-competitive environment where members can openly support one another, exchange insights, and grow together. Additionally, an attendance policy will be in place to encourage commitment and continuity, ensuring that every member contributes and benefits the collective momentum of the group.
At this initial stage, all participation revenues will be donated to a non-profit organization called SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde, reinforcing our belief that successful businesses have a responsibility beyond themselves.
The meetings will be held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Members will be encouraged to purchase drinks from the venue as they will be hosting the place at no charge for the club.
**Agenda outline:**
• People registration and welcome (10 min)
• Introduction of the agenda (2 min)
• Individual presentation (2 min p/person)
• Speech of the day (5-10 minutes) – Given only by oficial members
• Referrals and testimonials (5-10 min)
• End of the session / Open Networking (10-20 min)
**Investment packages:**
3 months: EUR 59
Half year: EUR 99
Yearly: EUR 179
As places are strictly limited, we strongly encourage you to confirm your participation as soon as possible if you wish to join us. Non-members are welcome to participate twice without being official members, and all fees paid as visitor will be deducted in case of membership enrollment.
For membership instructions, please contact the event organizer.

How to build confidence in your website's sustainability credentials
The web is at the heart of our every day lives and we understand now it has enormous sustainability impacts. So what do we do as practitioners, teams and businesses building individual websites or apps? How do we have full confidence that our tech meets our sustainability claims?
Adam Newman, Co-founder of Root & Branch is going to address these questions, demystify vendor claims and add some clarity to what it means to build, host and manage a sustainable web estate.
Adam is the co-chair of the Green Software Foundation's "SCI for web" project, writing the spec for how to apply the latest ISO standard (ISO 21031:2024) to the web as well as the co-author of a paper on the energy and emissions measurement of websites and cloud applications. He is also a contributer to the W3C Web Sustainability Guidelines and a proud co-organiser of Green Software Brighton.
Check out the Green Software Brighton [website](https://greensoftwarebrighton.co.uk/) for links to previous talks.
Arrive from 18:00 for pizza and drinks. Event will start at 18:30. We always head for a drink and a chat locally afterwards too.

Coffee & Clarity — small group in Luxembourg
Living in Luxembourg can feel intense — pressure, decisions, sometimes a quiet sense of being stuck.
More about me: https://lindaburchi.com
This is a small, informal coffee meetup to slow down, reflect, and get a bit more clarity on what’s going on in your life right now.
AI & Coffee - In-Person Meetup in Luxembourg
⚡ **AI & Coffee — Luxembourg's In-Person AI Community**
AI is moving faster than any of us can keep up with alone. The best way to make sense of it — and stay ahead of it — is by getting in the same room as people who are just as obsessed with it as you are.
That is exactly what AI & Coffee is about.
We are bringing together Luxembourg's most curious, creative and driven minds for an afternoon of open, honest and energising conversations about artificial intelligence — not in theory, but in practice. No slides. No pitches. No pressure. Just real people, real ideas and real connections over great coffee. ☕🤖
***
📅 **Sunday 19 April \| 15:00 – 17:00** 📍 Updown Bar (Downstairs), [28 Mnt du Grund, 1645 Ville-Haute Luxembourg](https://www.google.com/maps/place//data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x479548cd7e0b9b45:0x5081bbff1793354b?sa=X&ved=1t:8290&ictx=111)
***
☕ **What we will talk about**
AI & Coffee is an open conversation — guided by curiosity and driven by the people in the room. Expect discussions around:
* What is actually happening in AI right now — the real breakthroughs, the real hype
* Tools, projects and experiments people are building and testing
* Practical AI use cases across industries — finance, marketing, tech, healthcare and more
* Ideas, feedback and fresh perspectives from people at different stages of their AI journey
Feel free to bring your laptop if you want to show something you are working on. Some of the best conversations at our last event started with someone sharing their screen. 💡
***
👥 **Who is this for?**
Developers and engineers building with AI Founders and entrepreneurs exploring AI for their business Investors and mentors looking to understand what is coming Researchers and students at the forefront of AI Creatives experimenting with AI tools Corporate professionals curious about AI's impact on their industry And anyone who simply cannot stop thinking about where AI is heading
If AI excites, challenges or intrigues you — you belong here.
***
✨ **What to expect**
A warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where everyone has a seat at the table. Our host will kick things off with a few conversation sparks and the latest AI highlights — then the rest is yours. Meet, talk, connect and exchange freely.
No commitment. No agenda. No pressure.
Just the kind of afternoon that leaves you energised, inspired and already looking forward to the next one.

AI & Coffee - Real Conversations, AI and more.
**⚡ AI & Coffee – In-Person Meetup in Metz**
Since the community has been growing very fast in Luxembourg 🇱🇺, Vienna 🇦🇹, Bucharest 🇷🇴 and Belgrade 🇷🇸 we’re hosting now also events in Metz 🇫🇷!
Join our in-person event on Saturday, 18 April from 15h00-17h00 in Les 3 lumières [65 Place St Louis, 57000 Metz, France](https://www.google.com/maps/place//data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x4794ddfb97809c5f:0xa3fbaf4da6636c4d?sa=X&ved=1t:8290&ictx=111).
During the first part of the event, we will all gather in a circle/square format and introduce ourselves for 1–2 minutes. This gives everyone the opportunity to share who they are, what they do, and what they are looking for, while also getting to know the entire room by listening to others do the same. This has proven to be the most effective way to network with 15–30 people within one hour, and afterwards it allows you to connect more easily with those who sparked your interest.
The introduction round is the most exciting part of the event, so please try to arrive a bit early to avoid missing the start 😊👆
Based on the great feedbacks, feel free to bring also your laptops if you’d like to show your work. People were very open to sharing approaches and projects, which sparked some truly deep conversations.
AI is moving so fast that it’s hard to keep up alone. The best way to make sense of it is by meeting others, exchanging ideas, and hearing fresh perspectives. That’s what this meetup is about.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
☕ We’ll gather in a local café for open conversations about:
* AI news and trends (what’s real, what’s hype)
* Sharing projects, ideas, and feedback
* Supporting each other and creating new stories
* Building connections with like-minded people
👥 **Who’s welcome?**
Developers, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, students, researchers, creatives — and anyone simply curious about AI.
💡 **What to expect**
* Casual atmosphere, no commitment, no pressure
* The host will share small icebreakers and sparks of AI news
* The rest is up to you: meet, talk, connect, and exchange
🎉 The only cost is your own coffee or drink. Bring your curiosity and an open mind — and let’s build one of the most exciting AI communities in the area.
Looking forward to meeting you all and building the AI&Coffee Metz community together.

Prompt vs. Paintbrush
AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.

**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.

Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
