Heartfulness Canada hosts group meditation sessions and learn to meditate every Sunday at this downtown location. All backgrounds welcome. There is never any charge for Heartfulness. The venue is a dance studio located on the second floor. **Enter the door at 527 Bloor St West (directly under the Dance Annex sign) and proceed up the stairs**. Come and meditate with a group of friendly meditation practitioners. There is free street parking on Sundays and the location is also close to both Bathurst and Spadina subway stations.
