oin CMC minister Rev. Rudy Colombini for an on-beat and lyrical exploration of the Foundation for Inner Peace Edition of the Course in Miracles. Don’t be surprised if this group banters about the Truth of A Course in Miracles as reflected in the songs of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan or John Lennon. You might get lucky and attend on a day when Rev. Rudy pulls out his guitar and sings. Everyone is welcome.

Feminist Question Time LIVE w/ speakers from around the world! Every Saturday AM
Feminist Question Time LIVE w/ speakers from around the world! Every Saturday AM
We are not alone! Come listen, learn, and share at this weekly ***WOMEN ONLY*** presentation by Women's Declaration International (formerly Women's Human Rights Campaign). Join this sorority of radical feminists from around the world as they inform us about the challenges and struggles in their own countries. Chat with other attendees and put questions to the panelists. Following the presentation, you are invited to join breakout rooms (women only please) with the panelists. These weekly online webinars present a new panel each week from around the world, often reporting on a central theme. They are attended by a global feminist and activist community of between 250-350. The main focus is how gender ideology is harming the rights of women and girls. The speaker list and any particular theme is usually announced mid-week before the webinar. Information will be added here as it becomes available. Declaration on Women's Sex-Based Rights: Summary [https://www.womensdeclaration.com/en/declaration-womens-sex-based-rights-summary/](https://www.womensdeclaration.com/en/declaration-womens-sex-based-rights-summary/) *** The legal adoption of "gender identity" politics is fraught with unintended consequences. A clear example has unfolded in New York where a self-described "trans-woman lesbian" (a hetero man in a dress) has used gender-neutral language amendments to supplant women in elected offices that had been specifically reserved for females. The arrangement of "1 man + 1 woman" had been put in place to ensure women's fair representation in an arena from which they have been historically underrepresented or excluded: [https://thevelvetchronicle.com/exclusive-decaudin-preps-for-election-recount-after-unofficially-taking-2-female-seats-new-details-uncovered/](https://thevelvetchronicle.com/exclusive-decaudin-preps-for-election-recount-after-unofficially-taking-2-female-seats-new-details-uncovered/) Women's Liberation Front: "New York Democrats have decided to insult women by pretending in public that state committee member Emilia Decaudin is literally female..." SCUMBAT is a diverse community with the common goals and values of becoming better speakers and leaders. We are earnest in this pursuit but light-hearted on the way to get there. American Sign Language Beginners Meetup Group
We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!
Humanist Program
Humanist Program
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. Board games at The Forge
Board games at The Forge
The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can be challenging. There is a parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
