Hello folks, For the group’s first event, I propose we go see Nigerian painter Otobong Nkanga’s first exhibition in Paris at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. Our visit will also be a perfect opportunity to have a look for free at the paintings of the laureates of the 2025 Marcel Duchamp Prize, on the closing day of their exhibition! Meeting point is at the museum’s main entrance. Tickets are time-blocked so please be on time! If you’re participating, don’t forget to make your own ticket reservation for the 14:30 time slot on the museum’s website (full price 14€). Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a female model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects. En 2026, on s'offre un double cycle de cours spécialement sur les valeurs (janvier, 4 cours) et les couleurs (février, 3 cours)! Comme ce sera le dernier cours du double-cycle, nous travaillerons surtout sur la pratique et l'appropriation des notions vues depuis le début de 2026. Bien entendu, il y aura également des rappels et des questions-réponses :) On se retrouve à 19h30, mais qui veut peut arriver au local à partir de 19h pour grignoter, discuter! Il y aura du thé et du café pour qui veut, il faut retirer ses chaussures car c'est une salle de danse (donc les bottes à lacets attendront une autre soirée). Paiement en espèces (25€), sur place, et il y aura un chapeau pour qui veut donner un peu plus au modèle! Le matériel n'est pas fourni. Hâte de vous y voir! 🙂

We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. This meetup is a beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop focused on building shaders in Unity using Shader Graph. Instead of slides or theory-heavy lectures, we'll build real shaders together step-by-step. The format is structured but interactive. You'll watch a quick demo, then build each shader yourself with guidance. By the end, you'll have created multiple shaders you can immediately use in your own projects—and understand how to make more. **What to Expect:** * Build 4–5 complete shaders from scratch * Color tints, snow accumulation, scrolling water, dissolve effects, and more * No prior shader experience required * Checkpoint files provided if you fall behind * Resources for continued learning All experience levels are welcome. Whether you've never opened Shader Graph or just want to fill gaps in your knowledge, this is a supportive space to learn by doing. **Food and drinks provided.
