Let Go of that Separate Version of Who you Think You Are !!! Shodo Harada Roshi. **What we do:** Are you interested in Meditation ? Perhaps you would be interested in our evening of Meditation? Our tradition is that of Rinzai Zen, our teacher Harada Roshi. Our main practice during the evening is Zazen, seated Meditation practice. Sitting together in silence we turn our attention inward and seek to awaken to the truth of that which we truly are. We start the evening with a round of Zazen(sitting Meditation) followed by Kinhin (walking Meditation), another round of Zazen and finishing with Chanting of a number of Sutras, including The Heart Sutra.
