In broad terms Parkour is about overcoming obstacles, both physically and mentally. In this class you will learn and drill the fundamentals of Parkour. Each class will be a full body workout, using only your own weight. We will work on improving our strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance. We do this by running, jumping, climbing and balancing. The workouts take place in an urban environments: on flat ground with obstacles, walls, edges and railings. Wear multiple layers of clothes so you can adjust as you get warmer/cool off. Minimum age for this class is 18 years old. Instruction are in English and basic Spanish.
