Paris. Blurred Lines: Evolution of Product and Design with AI
**Registrations are closed.**
**IMPORTANT**: to participate in the event, please register on Lu.ma – https://luma.com/83i9qgsy
Hosted by **[Projector Global Community](https://www.linkedin.com/company/projector-global-community/?utm_source=luma), Le Comptoir Avalon - Paris and supported by [AI Collective Paris](https://www.aicollective.com/chapters/paris?utm_source=luma)**, this session explores how AI is reshaping the day-to-day reality of Product Managers and Designers—and what this means for roles, ownership, and collaboration inside modern product teams.
Who owns discovery when AI can generate insights?
Who defines the solution when design tools can prototype instantly?
What even distinguishes product thinking from design thinking anymore?
You’ll hear from:
* \*\*[Vaska Vlahova](https://www.linkedin.com/in/vlahova/?utm_source=luma)\*\*, Staff Product Designer at [Qonto](https://qonto.com/en?utm_source=luma)
* \*\*[Florian Herlicq](https://www.linkedin.com/in/florianherlicq/?utm_source=luma)\*\*, Lead Product Manager at [Orus](https://www.orus.eu/?utm_source=luma)
* \*\*[Justine Potin](https://www.linkedin.com/in/justine-potin-1ab9a437/?utm_source=luma)\*\*, Product Manager at [Finary](https://finary.com/en?utm_source=luma)
**Moderated by:**
* \*\*[Kate Mas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kate-mas/?skipRedirect=true&utm_source=luma),\*\* Career Strategist at [messy careers](https://katemas.me/?utm_source=luma) (ex-Qonto, ex-Preply) — guiding the discussion on blurred boundaries and future-ready skills in product and design
This isn’t a “Product Manager vs Designer” debate. It’s a conversation about what happens when traditional role boundaries stop making sense.
**What we’ll explore:**
* Where Product Manager and Design responsibilities are already merging
* How AI is changing product discovery, decision-making, and execution
* The risks of blurred ownership (and how to avoid them)
* What skills will actually matter going forward
* How to operate effectively in a world where roles are less defined
Expect a candid, practical discussion—less theory, more real-world shifts you’re likely already feeling.
Come if you’re a Product Manager, Designer, or product leader trying to make sense of your role in this transition—and what to do about it.
**A friendly note:** Guests are encouraged to buy a drink to support our hosts **Le Comptoir Avalon**.
**Agenda**
* 18:30 — Doors open
* 19:00–19:10 — Intro

The Dvorecký Bridge Walk
PLEASE NOTE: There is a fee 150 CZK for this event => See more details below.
\*\*\*\*\*
Hello Discoverers!
Let’s be one of the first walkers crossing the Vltava on the brand new **Dvorecký bridge** connecting Podolí and Smíchov.
Thanks to this new river crossing, we can walk a very interesting, previously impossible route between the Pankrác plain and the Dívčí hrady plateau.
The route is packed with many places of interest and fantastic views of Prague from both river banks!
We will admire up close the modern high rise buildings at Pankrác as well as hike across a steppe with wild horses.
DIFFICULTY: Medium
Around 9 km/6 miles, on paved streets and unpaved trails. In total about 150 meters / 500 ft of elevation gain.
Rated “medium” because of a steep footpath up to Dívčí hrady. The rest is “easy to medium”.
MEETING POINT
We will meet at **10:00** on a small plaza in front of the main entrance to the Arkády Pankrác Shopping Centre. It is just outside of the E1 exit from the Pankrác Metro C station.
**Google Map**: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/3kLpzWYK9qadc8zSA](https://maps.app.goo.gl/3kLpzWYK9qadc8zSA)
If you can not find us call me at +420 739 370 212.
We should complete the route by 14:00. The end point will be near “Jinonice” Metro B station.
As always, I’m going to book a restaurant for a well-deserved lunch after the walk.
BRING WITH YOU
- Comfortable walking shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
*An umbrella or rain coat if rain is expected
- Water & snack
This is a dog friendly event.

Filozofická kavárna (Café Philo): přemýšlet a diskutovat
Filozofování o životě a o všem ostatním pro všechny, bez vstupného a bez přihlášky:

Dinner & a Movie: MICHAEL at Cinemark Stoneridge!
Join us for a fun Dinner & a Movie event as we get together to see MICHAEL + Dinner at CAP City! The film is directed by Antoine Fuqua and stars Jaafar Jackson (Michael Jackson’s nephew) as the King of Pop! Early buzz is strong for what should be an excellent musical-biopic! Here are details, a trailer and plan for this event:
DESCRIPTION: This biographical musical drama follows the life of Michael Jackson, from his time with the Jackson 5 to his early solo career! Highlighting both his life off-stage and some of the most iconic performances from his early solo career, the film gives audiences a front-row seat to Michael Jackson as never before. Jaafar Jackson (Michael Jackson’s nephew) stars in the title role alongside Nia Long, Laura Harrier, Juliano Krue Valdi, Miles Teller and Colman Domingo.
TRAILER: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbtgEE6rkxw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbtgEE6rkxw)
MOVIE PLAN: Please purchase your ticket for the 3:35pm showing and meet inside the theater lobby between 3:10 and 3:20pm. Tickets already on sale and advance purchase as soon as possible is advised! Once you have yours, please list your seat number in the Comments section of this event!
DINNER PLAN: Dinner immediately following the movie (around 6pm) at nearby CAP City Fine Diner! Seating is limited for the dinner portion of this event, so separate RSVP required. If you plan to join for Dinner AND the movie, please be sure to RSVP in both places.
CAP CITY FINE DINER: This upscale diner from Cameron Mitchell is known its “retro-cool” atmosphere, modern twists on classic comfort food and their “showstopper” desserts! The menu reimagines nostalgic dishes like meatloaf, beef stroganoff, and pot roast with gourmet twists. The menu also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options with lots of apps, cocktails, salads, sandwiches, burgers (including a black bean veggie burger), the most welcome return of their Veggie Plate (with Hummus) and more. Desserts include their 24K Carrot Cake, Coconut Cake and Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pie.
Look forward to seeing you there, Dan

CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event:
FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces.
PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. Below are some links / attachments with additional info/details:
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing all of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1
week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to all of YOU for volunteering at this (and any of our previous) CMG Gives Back events!
Should be a good/fun/meaningful time together, Dan

Disc Tues / Choose Your Movie: THE CHRISTOPHERS vs NORMAL at the Gateway!
Join us as we get together for a Discount Tuesday / Choose Your Movie event to see your choice of two great new films! Option 1 (and the one I'll be seeing) is the top-reviewed comedy-drama, THE CHRISTOPHERS! The film is set in the art world and follows the estranged children of a former artist who hire a forger. It is directed by Steven Soderberg, stars Ian McKellen and Michaela Coel and has been earning rave reviews on the indie circuit. Option 2 is the latest action-thriller starring Bob Odenkirk, NORMAL! The film follows a temporary small-town sheriff who uncovers dark mysteries after a local bank robbery. Here are descriptions, trailers and our plan for this event:
THE CHRISTOPHERS: The children of a once famous artist hire a forger to complete some unfinished, long ago abandoned canvases so they'll have a better inheritance when he dies. It is directed by Steven Soderbergh and stars Ian McKellen, Michaela Coel, Jessica Gunning and James Corden. BUZZ & ACCLAIM: The film is earning an excellent 97% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes where critics call it a “dynamic, emotional and surprising journey” and a “compelling chamber piece that works like intellectual comfort food.” Others call the film, an “incredibly funny, comedy drama with plot reversals that make it feel like it’s on the verge of a thriller!” TRAILER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H79-EqzmdwY&t=20s
NORMAL: This action-crime-thriller follows a man who comes to the sleepy town of Normal, Minnesota to serve as the temporary sheriff. But a bank robbery leads him to a criminal underground reaches throughout the entire town. The film is directed by Ben Wheatley and stars Bob Odenkirk, Henry Winkler and Lena Headey. The film comes from the same team that brought us Nobody and the John Wick series, so expect an over-the-top, action-filled thrill ride! TRAILER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rmm-lM33Qw0&t=19s
PLAN: Details for this event have been confirmed! For THE CHRISTOPHERS, please purchase your ticket for the 7:00pm showing and meet in the upstairs lobby between 6:40 and 6:50pm! For NORMAL, please purchase your ticket for the 7:30pm showing and meet in the upstairs lobby between 7:10 and 7:20pm! For both films, tickets just $5 ($6.50 after online fees when purchased on the GFC website). Advance purchase is advised. Once you have yours, please list your movie of choice and seat number in the Comments section of this event.
PARKING: Close, convenient parking is available in the nearby garage (located between 9th and 11th, just off High St). Bring your ticket with you and have it validated at the theater and for $2, you’re covered for the night!
Look forward to seeing you there, Dan
