**ATELIER ART THÉRAPIE PAR L’ÉCRITURE** L’association Existencielles propose des ateliers thérapeutiques à médiation artistique, notamment des ateliers d’écriture. Ces ateliers s’adressent à toute personne souhaitant être accompagnée dans les difficultés qu’elle rencontre, par des thérapeutes professionnels. Ils sont également ouverts à un public jeune, ainsi qu’aux adolescent·e·s. Au sein d’Existencielles, nous proposons un espace collectif centré sur l’écriture comme outil thérapeutique, permettant d’explorer et de mieux comprendre ce qui, parfois, nous dépasse ou nous semble difficile à exprimer. L’écriture est envisagée comme un processus : un moyen de déposer, puis de transformer des vécus parfois difficiles à penser ou à dire.
