Ciao a tutti, ultimo Meet Up diretto da me. Mi sono trasferita per lavoro già da un po' e non sono più a Milano.Mi auguro che qualcuno prenda il gruppo al mio posto. Il Meet Up consiste in una visita libera all'ADI Museum (costo 15 euro) e per chi vuole una cena a seguire nel quartiere Sarpi per una cena a menú cinese.Si fa presente che alle 18.30 di ogni sabato c'è anche una visita guidata fatta dall'Adi, ma che come sapete non posso organizzare visto che non so mai il numero di persone che si presentano al meet up.Per chi vuole può prenotarla per conto suo online sul sito dell' ADI ci sono i riferimenti.Poi può anche raggiungersi per la cena con noi. Si tratta di un processo delicato, spesso doloroso e complesso, ma anche profondamente importante da affrontare per poter integrare la perdita nella propria storia e ritrovare un nuovo equilibrio. **10 Domande Frequenti**: 1\. Devo parlare per forza? No. Puoi scegliere liberamente se condividere la tua esperienza o semplicemente ascoltare. Anche la sola presenza è un modo valido di partecipare. 2\. È una terapia di gruppo? No. Non si tratta di un percorso strutturato, ma di un singolo incontro informale di condivisione e ascolto guidato da uno psicologo. L’obiettivo è offrire uno spazio sicuro dove poter parlare del proprio lutto o sentirsi meno soli. 3\. Quanto dura l’incontro? Sarà mia premura introdurre la serata e l'argomento, fornire un primo spunto di riflessione e promuovere uno spazio di condivisione libera e condurre il gruppo verso una conclusione. 9\. Posso portare qualcuno con me? Puoi portare qualcuno con te purchè l'iscrizione di chi accompagnia venga effettuata tramite meetup, in modo da garantire la buona gestione del numero massimo di partecipanti. 10\.
