We teach Cuban Salsa in Swords at the Peacock bar and lounge every Tuesday. Come get out of the house, meet new people and have lots of fun. We have people from Ireland , right across europe and many countries around the world learning with us. There is a Salsa Club in every city in the world. Be part of one of the greatest movements that connects people right across the world. A special FREE beginners session for those of you looking to begin a new sport or just looking for a bit exercise! All skill levels and experience are welcome so just sign up here, or check out the Dublin Dodgeball page on Facebook/Instagram. We are in the Bluebell community centre for this session. This is a 5 minute walk from the Blackhorse and Bluebell Luas stops, and is well served by Dubin Bus also. We do a few minutes of warm-up followed by a few training drills for the game and then playing dodgeball and games until the end. All you need is normal sports gear so anything you feel comfortable running around in. If you like it you can attend other training sessions and learn more about tournaments and trips coming up in the future!

Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.

🤩 *Balfolk Dublin presents Silk Pill* 🤩 Join us for an exciting bal with Silk Pill, a passionate duo of musicians from Brescia, Italy! Alessandro Baroni and Giovanni Venturini blend the guitar and electronic music to create joyful balfolk music to dance to! 💃🕺 They already play at balfolk festivals and we look forward to welcoming them on 24 May! 🥳 *The Cobblestone* *3-5 pm* (doors open at 2:45 pm) *Donations welcome* (€10 suggested - cash only)

\*\*Each week we typically have 2-3 spots open to players from this app. This is why you will only see 2-3 attending. The others are regulars and we coordinate in a private WhatsApp group\*\* We play a 6v6 game every Wednesday @ 8:00PM in SportsCo, Dublin 4. The pitch we use is spacious an ideal for 6v6 (ball/all bibs provided). To encourage passing and flowing football, goals can only be scored from inside the penalty area. Games are played in a friendly atmosphere and slide tackles are prohibited. We don't have stick keepers and use a last-man back policy. There is a core group of regular players who have played with us for years but we also invite a handful of pickup players to play from this app. If pickup players like the vibe they might have the option to subscribe on a longer-term basis. This game has been running on the same pitch for over a decade. The games are good quality with good technical players and always played in a nice, competitive atmosphere.

Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. Come solo or bring a friend!
