In this 1-hour class, we practice fun and accessible strength training through playful movement, bodyweight exercises, pulling drills, resistance band work, and the use of playground equipment when available. The session is designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a friendly, beginner-friendly way, with options to scale up if you already have some experience. Miguel is a qualified Poliquin trainer, Rugby coach, First Aid certified, and currently studying Special Needs Coordination.
