Let's celebrate the bank holiday together by eating some delicious Georgian/Kazakh food at Brasserie Favorite! I only discovered this place recently, and I'm obsessed! I have yet to meet a plate there I don't like. It's a small menu, but there's something for everyone on it. The staff are great, portions are generous, and the central location is hard to beat. I've booked a table for 8 of us at 18:30. As always, the PayPal fee is simply a deposit to secure your seat and fight against no-shows. When you arrive I will reimburse your money and we will all pay our own way at the end as usual. If you ghost us, we reserve the right to buy dumplings with your money! Thanks for understanding :)

A lot of opinions. If you’ve seen him online, you know he doesn’t exactly stay neutral. His clips have racked up **over 500 million views online**, mostly from people either laughing… or typing in all caps. From roasting Zionists, to colonial history, to the political circus around Donald Trump and his multiverse of clowns and dimwits, Sundeep has built a reputation for saying the quiet part out loud—and sometimes the part people didn’t even know they were thinking. Join us for a beautiful hike along Nat’Our Route 6, one of the premium trails of the NaturWanderPark Delux in the Luxembourg–Germany border region. This scenic route takes us through peaceful forests, rolling hills, and protected natural areas in the Our valley. A large part of the trail runs through a nature conservation area, offering quiet landscapes, diverse wildlife, and lovely viewpoints over the surrounding countryside. The route combines forest paths, natural trails, and open sections that make this hike both relaxing and rewarding. This month we will be discussing **Frank Santoro**, an American cartoonist, painter, and comics critic known for his expressive lines, experimental page layouts, and vibrant use of color. His graphic novels—including *Storeyville*, *Pompeii*, and *Pittsburgh*—blend personal storytelling with innovative visual structure, often exploring memory, place, and relationships. In addition to his comics, Santoro has been an influential voice in comics education and criticism, co-founding the magazine *ComicsComics* and creating the **Santoro Correspondence Course for Comic Book Makers**, which has helped train and inspire a new generation of cartoonists. Afterwards, we will have time to work on our individual art projects, hang out, and if anyone is interested in feedback on their work, there will be time for that as well.

Here’s the plan: For dinner before the movie, meet at nearby BRASSICA between 5:45 and 6:00pm. Go through the line, and we’ll try to snag as many of the high-top tables as we can. For the movie, please purchase your ticket for the 7:30pm showing and we’ll meet in the lobby area between 7:00 and 7:15pm. I’ll be with the dinner group and will try to get there as close to 7pm as possible. Advance ticket purchase not required for this theater.
