Hi All, Planning a regular 10K around the park each monday evening at 7PM. Pace will be at about 5:20 -5:40 per km and we will stick to paths or easy trails. Would you like to use 3D software, lasercutter and 3D printing to help you make your idea?** TOG has an open evening to learn how CAD software and 3D fabrication tools can help you make your project. All you need to take part is your own laptop and some ideas on what you want to make. This is not a taught class, more like an informal working group of self-directed makers. We will be happy to help you explore how to use our 3D tools in designing and making your project whether you are a crafter, designer, engineer or hobbyist. Come and have a look at the tools in our space and get some ideas on how your project can be made.

This event is for anyone seeking a social run with like minded people. It will consist of 2 loops. the first loop will be run at 6 20 - 6 30 per km pace and will be about 7 km in length. We will then join with the main Dublin Runners group at 9:00 am back at the Visitors Centre (VC), where a variety of pace options will be available. This second loop will be approximately 10 km to 12 km. So you can choose to join at 8 15 am or 9 00 am. Please arrive 5 mins early as we are firm about start times. We usually finish with tea and cake in the cafe in the VC. If your pace is lower than 6 30 per km for about 8 km this run may not be for you. Some people are using this to prepare for summer 10 mile or half marathon races or to build a base to prepare for the Dublin City marathon in October. We will have a couple of groups preparing for the marathon starting in mid July. If you have any questions contact Harry.
