A Branch of the **Social Book Club** focusing on International Cinema. I try to host 2 film nights a month where I will find films based on the taste profile of the audience. It is an organisation that works on social issues such as Emergency & Homeless Assistance, Food Rescue and Environment Protection. MUT is a non profit organization that provides us with the space to host the event. A small donation towards their cause helps them a lot.

Join us for a relaxed creative session where scent becomes inspiration :) We will explore the connection between **natural aromas and visual expression**. A selection of essential oils will be available, and you can intuitively choose one that attracts you. Take a moment to notice what the scent evokes - **colors, textures, memories, or images**. You can translate your impressions into a drawing or painting. Your work can be **abstract** or represent an object, place, or feeling you associate with the scent. No drawing experience is needed - just curiosity and openness to experiment. What to bring: your favorite drawing/watercolor materials and paper. ⚠️ Please note: essential oils will be used during the session - if you have allergies or sensitivities to scents, please take this into consideration before attending.

Everything else supports it.* **Extended Photography Workshop** Date: Saturday, 14 March (14.03.2026) Start: 16:00 Duration: approx. 4.5 hours Location\*\*:\*\* Vienna (exact meeting point shared after booking) *** This workshop is built around the transition from daylight to night. We’ll work with natural light first and then move into controlled artificial light, allowing you to experience how different light sources shape mood, contrast, and meaning. This workshop is focused on light — how to recognise it, shape it, and use it intentionally. In the first part, we’ll work with natural light, contrast, direction, and colour, and how these elements influence mood and meaning in a photograph. The second half will be dedicated to working with artificial light, as that helps even further to understand how to work with light. During the workshop I keep the focus on perception: learning to notice light before you lift the camera, and understanding how composition supports it. You’ll learn how to simplify scenes, work with shadows, and make conscious choices rather than reacting to what’s in front of you. The workshop is crucial as even professionals often do not use light to the full potential and I’ve seen many times when people working as photographers are forgetting about the most fundamental and complex part of it – light! Photo is light and here I explain ways to use it to your advantage ###### During the workshop you’ll * observe and analyse light before taking a photograph * practice seeing contrast, direction, and colour in real situations * shoot guided exercises focused on light, not subjects * review images together and talk through decisions * learn how to approach unfamiliar scenes with a clear visual intention ###### After the workshop You should feel more confident recognising good light, making deliberate choices, and understanding why you take a photograph — not just how.
