Open Dharma Budapest is a friendly meditation sangha for anyone interested in meditation. We explore a range of techniques rooted in Theravāda Buddhism, with a modern and pragmatic approach - open to both seasoned practitioners and complete beginners. De aggodalomra semmi ok, a könyves kibeszélő és a duma mindenképpen az esemény része lesz. :) A menetrend a következő: **14:00 – Gyülekező és bemutatkozás** A Vörösmarty-szobor környékén találkozunk. Egy nagyobb társaságot keress, és hogy biztosra menj: a kezemben egy Moby Dick könyv lesz, szóval ha ezt látod valakinél, mi vagyunk azok. Kezdésként tartunk egy gyors bemutatkozást, és átbeszéljük, ki mit szeretne megnézni.
