Let's meet at Lakeline Park for a night hike where we will walk about 3.0 miles. Since it is night please bring a flashlight. The trail is paved so street shoes will be fine for the trek. A Watershed Protection Plan (WPP) is a voluntary, community-driven framework designed to improve water quality in a specific watershed by identifying pollution sources, establishing goals, and outlining management strategies. It brings together stakeholders—such as anglers, landowners, and community members—to create a science-based, actionable plan that protects local waterways. At this meeting, guest speaker Sarah Stannard, Program Specialist with Texas Water Resources Institute, will share updates on watershed conditions and local projects. Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback and discussion on priorities and the development of the watershed protection plan. As part of the fly fishing community, your input is critical to guide future watershed conservation initiatives for Brushy Creek!

We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for!
