Hi there, I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for beginners. Enjoy the yoga class outdoor at Singapore Botanic Gardens, and tune into nature and yourself! Small class, usually not more than 5 pax. The yoga class will include breathing for grounding, loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayama. *Meeting point* We'll meet at the entrance of Botanic Gardens - Bukit Timah Gate. This is at Botanic Gardens MRT station (CIRCLE Line), Exit A. Look out for me - I'll be carrying **a yellow bag and my yoga mat.** *Things to bring* **\- Yoga mat** \- Water \- Small towel \- Optional ground sheet/picnic mat or large garbage bag\. We usually practise on the grass\.
