Nerdy Fridays are our open board game nights for anyone who prefers strategy over small talk and dice over disco lights. Come solo or bring your crew. We’ll help you find a table, explain the rules, and match you with a game that fits your vibe. From light party games to deep strategic battles, the shelves are open. Entry fee: 100 CZK (includes access to games and rule explanation) Friday nights don’t have to be loud. They can be legendary. 🎲✨

Let's play badminton at Sports Centre Olšanka. We'll meet at 13.40 and play for 60 minutes. If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. If you don't have a Multisport card the game will cost you a maximum of 150 crowns, probably much less. I will cover the cost of the court so please bring cash to pay me. There is a small organisation fee of 20 crowns for all players to participate in this event. Racquets can be rented for 50 crowns.

We will meet at the **Main Train Station** (hlavní nádraží) and take a train to Prague – Kolovraty. You will only need Prague Lítačka card or a validated 30-min ticket to board the train. From Kolovraty, we will walk across meadows, along a creek, through a couple of villages and a forest. All within the **Botič – Milíčov Natural Park**. Apart from the last 500 meters and one viewing point overlooking the cityscape in the distance, you won’t feel like being in Prague at all. In case you wonder, in the profile photo of this trip is Koniklec (*Pulsatilla*). It is a little hairy plant, blossoming around Easter, hence its English name **Pasque Flower**. Hopefully we see it in full blossom during our walk! DIFFICULTY: Easy to Medium Around 10 km/6 miles, on paved and unpaved streets and foot trails. Mostly flat, in total about 90 meters / 300 ft of elevation gain. Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in! We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind. If there is an interest we can grab lunch nearby afterward.
