New developers spend weeks reverse-engineering codebases, architecture lives in people’s heads, and wikis quietly decay into noise. With AI now entering the picture, many hope it will fill the gaps. It won’t. I’ll show the simple ideas that change everything: how to think about documentation in the right levels, how to keep it close to the code, and how to avoid the decay we all know too well. These are the decisions that have to be made before any tool or process can work. The documentation won’t write itself. Empirical research shows that AI acts as a skill multiplier rather than a true equalizer, with outcomes strongly dependent on users’ ability to frame problems, verify outputs, and integrate tools into complex workflows. The way goes up and down through the valleys of Isone and Capriasca. In between we will visit the Convento Santa Maria. On the coming Saturday, March 22, let's go skiing to wonderful Flims-Laax. With an abundance of snow, the forecast promises -6C under 13 hours of sunshine. Train connection: Zurich HB to Chur at 7:38, Chur to Flims Dorf, Bergbahnen at 08:57. I am coming with a car, and can pick up somebody on my way from Baden. We all will meet at the valley station of the gondola to Plaun at 09:30. You won’t miss a tall mate in a bright yellow ski jacket. In any case, I will send a WhatsApp chat invit to all registered participants via PM here on Meetup. I assume all participants have sufficient skiing experience to feel at ease on read slopes and reasonably negotiate black ones. The event is for responsible individuals who ski at their own risk.

**Join me for a beautiful run alongside the Werenbach.** Start in front of the Opera, run until "Zollikerberg, Trichtenhausermühle" and back. The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run – go and back – in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

Join us for a flat 2.6 mile hike along the Alum Creek Trail from the rear parking lot of the Easton Hilton Garden Inn to the Strawberry Farms Park and back. This scenic trail along Alum Creek is a gem. Come and hike it with us!
