This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and sate environment and open up about our lives freely. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves. This is a 17 km looped walk of Dublin City Centre. Leaving Drumcondra, I will join up canal towpaths, public parks and river banks as we explore a semi rural walk within the city centre. Our walk will bring us through a number of different villages including Ashtown, Chapelizod and Phibsboro. The are two stops on this walk each offering a nearby Spar and toilet facilities. Please note that all walkers are responsible for their own health and safety.
