L'8 aprile in Talent Garden Calabiana ti invitiamo a un’esperienza immersiva guidata da **Andrea Romoli**, Facilitatore LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY ®️, con un workshop dove useremo le mani per pensare. ### Cos'è il LEGO® Serious Play®? È una metodologia di facilitazione internazionale nata per migliorare il pensiero critico e la risoluzione di problemi complessi. Invece di usare slide e grafici, utilizzeremo i famosi mattoncini LEGO per costruire **modelli tridimensionali** che rappresentano idee, processi e visioni. Le mani diventano il motore della mente: costruendo fisicamente, riusciamo a far emergere soluzioni e riflessioni che spesso restano nascoste nei processi logici tradizionali. Cosa faremo durante il workshop? Il workshop si svilupperà attraverso tre sfide di costruzione e condivisione: * **Sfida 1:** Analizzeremo le esperienze positive e i successi ottenuti grazie all’AI. Cosa sta già funzionando? * **Sfida 2:** Daremo forma alle criticità, ai dubbi etici e alle difficoltà tecniche incontrate lungo il percorso. * **Sfida 3:** Progetteremo insieme le potenziali innovazioni e gli sviluppi futuri che l'AI può offrire al nostro ecosistema.
