Upgrade Your Inner Economy: Living and Leading from Abundance
Upgrade Your Inner Economy: Living and Leading from Abundance
\*\*\* LIMITED seats available, please only click on “attend” if you plan to come. To stay updated on this and following events, you can join our WhatsApp Group: [https://chat.whatsapp.com/GmcaSqxOKqrKBeQVkKK2AW?mode=gi_t](https://chat.whatsapp.com/GmcaSqxOKqrKBeQVkKK2AW?mode=gi_t) \*\*\* High performers are trained to often achieve extraordinary results by optimising, grinding, and pushing harder. That strategy works, until your own capacity becomes the ceiling. The next level of performance does not come from more hustle. It comes from a different operating system: **Abundance**. Abundance is not an affirmation (& this is not what we are doing here). It is a strategic mindset used by some of the most effective entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders. When you shift from scarcity to abundance, opportunities multiply, decisions become more aligned, relationships strengthen, pressure dissolves, and growth accelerates. At this LibaTea meetup we explore how high performers can transition from constant hustle to creating opportunity ecosystems. This is not a motivational talk. It is a group of ambitious people exploring a different way to operate. Expect sharp conversations, powerful ideas, and people who think big. **You will explore:** * Why many high achievers unconsiously operate from scarcity * The mental models that unlock exponential opportunities * How an abundance mindset changes negotiations, leadership, and networking This meetup is for founders, creators, investors, executives, and ambitious professionals who want to expand their thinking and build a future with more leverage, more creativity, and more impact. **Event flow (ca 90 minutes)** Arrival & welcome Breath, tea orders Guided reflection rounds Closing integration **A practical note:** The event fee is 10 EUR, plus a beverage order at the restaurant. The final location will be announced soon (in the 4th or 6th district) **About Libatea** Libatea is a community exploring liberation through reflection, conversation, and community. We host weekly tea circles and monthly masterminds that bring together thoughtful people interested in personal growth, wellbeing, and meaningful connection. **Why tea?** Tea rituals have been used for centuries to create presence and connection. By slowing down and sharing tea together, we create a simple but powerful setting for connection, reflection and insight.
ONLINE Discussion: Favourite Spiritual/ Self-Help Books 📖
ONLINE Discussion: Favourite Spiritual/ Self-Help Books 📖
Grab your favourite **spiritual or personal development book** and join the online meetup! (Or if you don't have a favourite book yet, join the discussion to get inspiration and book suggestions from others.) \- I will first share a few of my favourite books that helped me in different phases in life and with different topics\. \- Then you'll have the opportunity to share your favourite book if you wish\. \- At the end we'll have time for open discussion and book suggestions\. ✨✨✨ Books can really be life-changing, right? Sometimes it's a new idea, a sentence, or a beautiful story that shifts something in you. I love reading and I especially love books that expand my mind, teach me something new about this world/Universe and help me through challenging times. If this sounds like you too, let's chat and share with each other our favourite book and why this book is important to you. For example, it could be a book that: \- inspired you on your journey \- helped you throughout challenging times \- shared a very inspiring story/biography \- gave you a new perspective \- taught you more about yourself \- etc\. If you don't have a book in mind, but you'd like to get some inspiration from others - you're welcome to join anyway and get inspired. **IMPORTANT:** ️*Thursday \| March 19\, 2026 \| 18:00\-19:00* *Please note that this is an ONLINE event in Zoom.* ***Sign up to receive the Zoom link.*** *The Zoom link will be shared with the attendees in the Event's comment section before the event*. *Let's be kind and respectful to each other.* Hope to see you in the call! Build in Public, Connect in Person (March Meetup)
Build in Public, Connect in Person (March Meetup)
Hi all, It's time for another freelancer's meetup! Freelancing in Vienna is the (semi) regular meetup for independent professionals in the city. Two talks, free pizza and drinks, and time to connect with people who work the same way you do. Agenda * 18:30 Doors open * 19:00 Welcome * 19:10 **Build in Public: A Freelancer's Playbook for Launching an AI Product in 4 Weeks** by Clemens Helm * 19:40 Pizza & drinks * 20:10 **Consistency and Discipline in Freelancing: Turning Revenue Goals into Daily Targets** by Alexander Schörghuber * 20:40 Networking * \~21:30 Wrap up **Talks** **Build in Public: A Freelancer's Playbook for Launching an AI Product in 4 Weeks** by **[Clemens Helm](https://www.linkedin.com/in/clemenshelm/)** Most freelancers sell hours. I wanted to build something of my own. So I started building Pinchy (heypinchy.com) — a self-hosted AI agent platform — completely in public. Daily LinkedIn posts, a dev blog, open source on GitHub, guerilla marketing. The full stack, not just code. The surprising part: the product isn't even the point. The process is the portfolio. In this talk I'll share: * Why "Build in Public" is a powerful strategy for freelancers who want to shift into a new field (in my case: AI) * How AI tools helped me ship fast — the product, the website, the branding, the docs, even the logo were all built with AI assistance * What actually worked for visibility (and what flopped) — with real numbers from LinkedIn, GitHub, and website analytics * How documenting your work publicly builds more credibility than any CV or portfolio page ever could Whether you're thinking about launching your own product, pivoting into AI, or just want to stand out as a freelancer — this is 20 years of freelancing distilled into 4 weeks of building out loud. **Consistency and Discipline in Freelancing: Turning Revenue Goals into Daily Targets** by **[Alexander Schörghuber](https://alex-schoerg.at/)** Freelancing promises freedom: no boss, no fixed hours, no one telling you when to work. But that freedom comes with a hidden challenge: there is no built-in structure that ensures you're actually working enough to reach your financial goals. Most freelancers track time. But many don't actually know what they should be aiming for, or whether they're on track to reach their revenue goals. In this talk I'll share how thinking in daily billable targets instead of vague productivity can bring structure and predictability back into freelancing. Topics include: * Why freelancing often oscillates between overworking and falling behind financially * How translating revenue goals into daily billable targets changes decision making * A practical system (controli.at) that connects time tracking with revenue goals This talk is for freelancers who want to keep the freedom of freelancing, while adding the discipline and predictability of a structured work life. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **Want to give a talk at the next meetup?** We're looking for speakers. 20–30 minutes on anything relevant to working independently. Send a message to me (Aaron) here on meetup. \-\-\- We're sponsored for the space and snacks again by https://www.lean-coders.at/, a wonderful freelancer focused "agency" in Vienna. They are currently offering coworking desks for interested freelancers. Their team of professional devs and PMs would also love to hear about your next software project. If you know of anyone looking for a great software team, they even have an affiliate program for referrals https://lean-coders.at/affiliate/ See you soon!!

Focusing not only on what to do, but on how and why we move the way we do in this dance.** ✨ No previous experience required, just curiosity to work with essential principles that allow you to understand the Tango Argentino language sooner, and adapt easier to real social dance situations. ✨ Experienced dancers refine technique and efficiency of their movements. ✨ **You can come with or without a dance partner**, and learn the role(s) of your choice (Jessica encourages to learn both). ✨ **Each class is followed by our Focused Práctica**, a guided practice gathering for all levels, where you can take time to socialize and integrate what you learned, ask questions, receive feedback, and practice in a relaxed and supportive environment. ### **Dates & Time** **Sundays** (except during the Tango Immersion intensive weekends \* check [agenda](https://www.jessicagerdel.com/#agenda) for specific dates) **19:00–20:00** Tango Basics Class **20:00–22:00** Practice Gathering with guided exercises and feedback ### **📍 Location** EWTO Akademie – **Haydngasse 1, 1060 Wien** ### **Registration** Drop-in possible. The Psychology and Personal Growth Circle: How To Know A Person by David Brooks
The Psychology and Personal Growth Circle: How To Know A Person by David Brooks
Welcome to our cozy **The Psychology and Personal Growth Circle** which is part of the Social Book Club! We will meet to discuss the book “**How To Know A Person"** (306 pages) written by David Brooks. The idea is to connect with like minded readers that love to grow and get to know themselves better through reading and especially applying knowledge from books. We meet up once a month and talk about our progress applying knowledge from a certain book and our experience. The event will take place at the volunteer organisation **MUT**. It is an organisation to supports humans, animals and the environment especially in Vienna. MUT or the Social Book Club look forward to some donation to cover the cost of this event. If you would like to help, please bring some cash with you. Book Description: If you are going to care for someone, you must first understand them. If you're going to hire, marry, or befriend someone, you have to be able to see them. If you are going to work closely with someone, you have to be able to make them feel recognized and valued. As David Brooks observes, "The older I get, the more I come to the certainty that there is one skill at the center of any healthy family, company, classroom, community or the ability to see each other, to know other people, to make them feel valued, heard and understood." And yet we humans don't do this well. All around us are people who feel invisible, unseen, misunderstood. In *How to Know a Person*, Brooks sets out to help us to do better, posing questions that are essential for all of us. If you want to know a person, what kind of attention should you cast on them? What kind of conversations should you have? What parts of a person's story should you pay attention to? See you then! All the best Sebastian

Free in-person event: Take Control of Your Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself. Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went? Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence? Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.

How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself. Here is the secret of being positive and free: Thinking positively is not enough. You also have to get rid of the negative thinking. Your mind is like a garden. You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden. A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed. You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there. So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out! The Meetup event will be led by a consultant who had helped many people live happier in life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics & Scientology life improvement center.

**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you. The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 **Abstract** Web Forms gave .NET developers a powerful abstraction for building reusable UI controls long before design systems were a thing. Web Components finally bring that same idea to the browser natively. This session explores how the Web Forms mindset translates into Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML templates. We’ll examine how Web Components enable design systems that work across frameworks, how they differ from server‑driven controls, and why they’re becoming a foundational layer for modern UI. Whether you’re maintaining legacy apps or building greenfield projects, you’ll leave with a practical understanding of how to apply familiar patterns in a modern, standards‑based way. **YouTube Link** TBA
