Hi Everyone, The next Euroclub Spanish / English language exchange will be on **Sunday 1 February from 4 p.m.** at Blooms cafe, Royal National Hotel, 38-51 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0DG. You are advised to listen to your body during the class & do what feels comfortable. You are welcome to sit during many of the qi gong moves, it will be just as powerful.
