This event is a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to the world of sourdough alongside a delicious sourdough tasting. You’ll learn the basics about the sourdough starter: what it is, how it needs to be maintained, and how to bake delicious and healthy bread with it. A bookclub meet-up organized by our member Oana. We will meet in this cozy cafe with delicious brunch style food, and talk about what we are currently reading :) and, if we have time, chat in general about books. Please also feel free to read a sample from your book if you wish. Usually we read both fiction and non-fiction (history, philosophy, sociology, and other topics).
