Back by popular demand (One person)! George's Hotpot and BBQ has separate dishes for reasonable prices. It's not all you can eat. You buy each dish and cook it in the BBQ or hot pot or both. Prices on average are about $6-10/dish. Two dishes are enough! They have wine and beer and soft drinks and tea. They also have a sauce bar similar to K-Pots. It's nice to be able to bring home what you can't eat and reheat it for dinner the following night. I thought the food was very tasty and they had good quality meat and seafood. Come and celebrate Filipino Independence with us as we make our first trip together to the Fil-Am Fest! With plenty of good food, crafts, apparel, and stage performances, there are enough good times to go around for everyone. Extra tip: I don't know if they allow camping or other portable chairs, but it may not be a bad idea to have that and possibly a little rain gear in your vehicle just in case. If I could eat veggies like this every day, I'd become a joyful vegetarian! You won't believe how good their food is. Don't need any meat. They have a couple of plates that have a variety of dishes to taste for $17.95 or $19.95. And of course, you can order just one dish that you prefer, and we can also have a taste of each other's food or share if you want to (but you don't have to). Kootu is excellent and so is Bhel Puri. Mama Lucia's in Rockville has half priced bottles of wine on Weds. They also have the best pizza and my favorite type (NYC-style). They have great pasta dishes too. If it's nice, we can sit outside.
