This support circle welcomes you as you are, without judgement. The idea is simple, we meet, sit in a circle, and share how we are doing. We speak without interruption, listen without fixing, and allow ourselves to feel a little less alone on this journey. No therapy - just presence and connection. Coffee and tea will be provided by our ASOP cafe friends. Sessions will be held every two weeks, to create a regular and safe space to talk, listen, and connect over time. Attendance is limited to a small group. \*\* A small fee is required to become a member, this money is used to pay for the initial space.
