Looking for a relaxed way to play table tennis after work? Then feel free to join us! We meet every Thursday from around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (18:30 - 20:30) at the table tennis tables at Lietzensee. Everyone is welcome – whether you are a beginner, casual player, or experienced. You are also welcome to bring friends along. The focus is on having fun, getting some movement outdoors, and meeting new people. Just show up and join in! ## How we play Usually, we have at least two tables available, as long as they are not already taken. Depending on the number of people and the mood, we either play casual matches, 1-on-1 games across two tables, or small friendly tournaments. This way, there is usually something for everyone. ## Good to know * Everyone is welcome. * Friends and acquaintances are welcome to join. * Please bring your own paddle if possible. * If you don’t have one, no problem – I will bring a few extra paddles that can be borrowed. * The group is loosely organized – feel free to just show up and play. * As we play outdoors, we are dependent on the weather. In case of heavy rain or other unsuitable weather conditions, the event may have to be cancelled. Any updates will be shared via Meetup and the WhatsApp group * To make communication easier, there is a WhatsApp group. It is recommended to join if you plan to attend more regularly. This way we can easily share updates, changes, or spontaneous information. If you no longer want to participate, you can leave the group at any time. If you signed up but cannot make it, please let us know briefly so we can plan accordingly.

Silent Reading Club is a group of book lovers who enjoy reading together in public. All books and all readers are welcome. (Kindly RSVP 'yes' only if you can make it, so we can save a seat for you and our fellow readers on the waitlist!) Join the dinner event and hangout this coming Friday, we are going to be in central Berlin, a short distance from Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station. We are visiting a nice German restaurant called Heimwerk, which offers interesting way to combine foods, has acceptable prices and pleasant environment. Menu also offers simple things like burgers and fries, as well as vegetarian choices. Please note that their "snack" option serves really tiny portions. An area inside will be reserved for us. In case of interest for a further venue after the dinner, you can ask the event host for some tips. An *electric* atmosphere featuring visiting pros and some of the best comedians in Berlin at the city's longest-running weekly show. There's no such thing as a bad Chuckleheads; it's as consistent as it gets. Come and find out why we have more regulars than any comedy show in Berlin. The right mix of lively yet laid-back energy in an intimate setting, with well-curated line ups. Want to learn pickleball in a fun, low-pressure setting? I’m hosting a free beginner-friendly meetup at Olentangy Parklands to help new players learn the basics and get comfortable on the court. I’m a pretty skilled player and will walk everyone through the essentials, including rules, scoring, serving, basic strategy, and how to start playing real games. No experience needed. We’ll meet on the upper courts. Bring a pickleball paddle if you have one. If not, no problem, I’ll have some extras available for people to use. This event is meant for beginners and anyone curious about trying pickleball for the first time. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
