Doch klassische Transformer-Modelle stoßen zunehmend an ihre Grenzen: Die quadratische Komplexität der Attention und der speicherintensive KV-Cache machen die Verarbeitung langer Sequenzen extrem kostspielig. Was wäre, wenn neuronale Netze so flexibel wie biologische Systeme und zugleich so effizient wie klassische Differentialgleichungen sein könnten? In diesem Vortrag werfen wir einen Blick auf eine neue Modellgeneration: Liquid Foundation Models (LFMs). Wir analysieren den Paradigmenwechsel von statischen Gewichten hin zu dynamischen, zeitkontinuierlichen Systemen. **Domain-Driven Architecture - Stefan Priebsch** Häufig entsteht Architektur sehr früh durch technologische Entscheidungen, etwa durch die Wahl von Frameworks, Architekturstilen oder Deployment-Modellen. Doch was wäre, wenn wir diesen Prozess umkehren würden? Wenn Architektur lediglich aus den Qualitätseigenschaften eines Systems hervorgeht und sich evolutionär weiterentwickelt? In diesem Vortrag wird Domain-Driven Architecture vorgestellt, ein neues, leichtgewichtiges Vorgehensmodell. Es ist von Domain-Driven Design inspiriert und dessen Prinzipien werden gezielt auf architektonische Entscheidungsprozesse übertragen. Dabei steht nicht nur die Modellierung im Vordergrund, sondern die bewusste Gestaltung einer langlebigen Architektur mit kurzlebigen Implementierungen, die sich anhand konkreter Schwellenwerte weiterentwickeln. Anhand realer Projektbeispiele lernen wir, wie das in der Praxis funktioniert. So entsteht eine Architektur, die gezielte und kontrollierte Veränderungen ermöglicht, ohne durch technologische Festlegungen frühzeitig eingeschränkt zu werden. Mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung als Berater, Coach, Trainer, Universitätsdozent und Keynote-Speaker hilft er Unternehmen dabei, komplexe Software in vorhersehbaren Geschäftswert umzuwandeln. Questo mese lo speaker sarà **Girolamo Giannatempo**, con il talk **Accessibilità ed estetica: davvero sono incompatibili?** Nel mondo del design, l’accessibilità viene ancora troppo spesso vissuta come un insieme di regole da rispettare a malincuore, qualcosa che “rovina” l’estetica o limita la libertà progettuale. Spoiler: non è così. In questo talk parleremo di come progettare interfacce accessibili senza rinunciare alla qualità visiva, mostrando perché accessibilità ed estetica non solo possono convivere, ma possono rafforzarsi a vicenda. Partendo da esempi concreti e scelte progettuali reali, vedremo cosa succede quando l’accessibilità viene integrata fin dalle prime fasi del progetto: meno compromessi, decisioni più consapevoli, soluzioni più solide e più facili da spiegare anche in azienda (sì, anche a quel collega scettico). This is a community event organized by the Vegan Society Luxembourg, and everyone is welcome, whether you’re vegan or not. 🥾 Lee Trail Hike: Hoscheid → Kautenbach 🌲 Join us for another beautiful stage of the Lee Trail, one of the most scenic long-distance hiking routes in Luxembourg. This section takes us from Hoscheid to Kautenbach, through the rolling hills and deep forest valleys of the Éislek region. The trail offers a great mix of forest paths, panoramic viewpoints, and peaceful nature. Along the way we will pass through the dramatic landscapes of the Our and Clerve valleys, with several opportunities to enjoy stunning views over the surrounding hills. This hike is moderate but still sporty, making it ideal for people who enjoy a longer walk in nature. 📍 Hike Details • Start: Hoscheid -> bus stop „Kräizgaass“ • End: Kautenbach • Distance: ~15 km • Duration: about 5 hours (including breaks) • Elevation gain: ~430 m • Elevation loss: ~650 m • Difficulty: Moderate 🎒 What to bring • Good hiking shoes • Enough water • Snacks or lunch • Weather-appropriate clothing ℹ️ Additional information We will walk at a comfortable pace with short breaks to enjoy the scenery. We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily. I'll try to have signs outside Marian Hall that Identify our group. We hope to have you join us!
