**100th Event Celebration!** Please join us this Sunday at 2pm for our first Philosophy in the Park walk and picnic event to celebrate our 100th event at Philosophy Circle (our sister group). We will be meeting at the **Tecoma Pavilion in the Royal Botanic Gardens**. Please bring a plate of food to share, or donate $15 and we will buy a plate or drinks to share on your behalf. You must RSVP to this event by Sunday, 12pm to attend! We also kindly ask attendees to donate $5 to attend to help with MeetUp subscription costs & our usual in-person venue costs. This is not mandatory, but if you are a regular member it would be appreciated. From Tecoma Pavillion we will walk to the picnic spot, put down our things and go on a short philosophically curious(!) walk around the gardens before returning to the picnic location and enjoying the rest of the day in the park. Let’s paint some decorations to hang up for Easter next week 🐣🎨 How will this event work? - I will bring a container with a bunch of my acrylic paint markers to share with the group - Each person can choose to paint 1 or 2 wooded egg decorations - When you are finished there will be different coloured ribbons to choose from to attach onto the top so you can hang your decoration What to bring checklist 📋 - A picnic blanket since we will be on the grass - If you want to you can bring your own acrylic paint markers ‼️Please do not attend this event if you are sick. This is a coffee meetup for creative people to share/talk about their current projects. Whether it's writing, a website, art, starting a business, knitting/crafts or anything at all creative (be creative with the descriptor 'creative'), come along and share your progress with other like-minded people. This is a space for us to gather for an afternoon of flow, reflection, and creative kinship. Bring along a past, ongoing or future creative project or artwork or idea to introduce yourself with. A sculpture, a tapestry, a poem, a song, a performance, a dance, a video. Something you'd like to share with others, something meaningful to you, or something you have questions about. It does not have to be completed- it can even be a small collection of inspirations you've been pondering over. We’ll spend time creating together while having conversations about any questions or thoughts we might have about our intentions, inspirations, aspirations, anxieties, challenges, celebrations and struggles in relation to our creative identities and journeys. This is not a workshop or art therapy, just a community space for people who value creating. All forms of making and all levels are welcome — just come as you are. This inclusive grief circle is also an advocacy for compassionate and attentive grief work, for reshaping our understanding of and relationship with grief. Jewellers can hire a desk in our workshop to make or finish off their own pieces. This workshop is self run, you need to attend a health and safety induction before working daily unattended. Basic jewellery making tools are provided and some consumables such as flux, borax, tumbling polish, lathe polish and some drill bits. Welcome to the Art School - 20's & 30's artists Meetup group! This is a community for young artists who are passionate about exploring different mediums and techniques in the world of art. Whether you're a painter, sculptor, photographer, or mixed media artist, this group is the perfect place to connect with like-minded individuals, have a space to work on your craft, and showcase your work. Let's inspire and support each other on our artistic journeys! Whether you're a novice or a seasoned artist, all skill levels are welcome. Join us and unleash your creativity! This month we will be discussing **Frank Santoro**, an American cartoonist, painter, and comics critic known for his expressive lines, experimental page layouts, and vibrant use of color. His graphic novels—including *Storeyville*, *Pompeii*, and *Pittsburgh*—blend personal storytelling with innovative visual structure, often exploring memory, place, and relationships. In addition to his comics, Santoro has been an influential voice in comics education and criticism, co-founding the magazine *ComicsComics* and creating the **Santoro Correspondence Course for Comic Book Makers**, which has helped train and inspire a new generation of cartoonists. Afterwards, we will have time to work on our individual art projects, hang out, and if anyone is interested in feedback on their work, there will be time for that as well.

In April WQC's Creativity Circle will be making beaded bracelets and keychains! All supplies provided, open to all, bring yourself (and a friend or two) for when you are able to make it in the two hour window. Note: Seats are Limited to the provided space at the Westerville Public Library in Meeting Room D.

We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!
