Social chess after work
This is at Asia Square Tower 1 of Citigroup near Downtown MRT.
We'll be at the outdoor lunch tables in the common area near Asia Square Tower 1. Look for people with chess boards.
We are always on, have never missed a Wednesday (except for Covid). Rain, Hail or Shine we are on (under cover). Even public holidays.
Please bring a tournament sized chess board/pieces if you have one, as there is always more people than boards.
This Chess meetup is for all levels of play, open to everyone free of charge regardless of race, gender or age. I will always find you an evenly matched opponent. No one should feel intimidated or embarrassed to play. It's Social Chess!
Look forward to seeing you at the social chess meetup where we'll play some games, go through a famous game and for those interested, have a drink afterwards.
If you're new to chess, come along and we'll have fun going through how the game works
Asia Square Building Management have kindly granted permission to use their tables for this Chess Meetup on the proviso that we are orderly and we return the tables to original configurations after use (taking care not to damage the edge of tables).
We have been featured in the Straits Times.

N8N Network Singapore: After-Work Networking
Please register here: [https://forms.office.com/e/CsfCb5ad63](https://forms.office.com/e/CsfCb5ad63)
Join us for the first **n8n Network Singapore** meetup — a recurring networking session for professionals using n8n in production or enterprise pilots.
This event is about meeting other practitioners, comparing approaches, and sharing what’s actually working in real organizations.
**What to expect:**
* **Introductions & networking** — who you are, what you’re automating, what stack you’re in
* **Open discussion** — best practices, patterns, and common pitfalls in enterprise usage
* **Challenge exchange** — bring a problem (security, governance, scaling, reliability, connectors, monitoring) and get peer input
* **Topics for next meetups** — shape future sessions (talks, demos, roundtables)
This is a practitioner-focused meetup (not a beginner tutorial). Come ready to share experiences and learn from others.
We’ll be meeting at the bar "**bbj"** (11 Bishan Street 21, #01-01, Singapore 573943), so you can grab **drinks and snacks** while we chat. The focus is on **networking, socializing, and practical exchange**, so there won’t be big presentations or a formal agenda. If you have something you’d like to dive into (workflows, architecture, governance, tricky bugs), feel free to bring a laptop.

Meet other like-minded ladies 40 and above to chat, talk about life, fitness, food, books and other activities that we like!
We'll be keeping the group size small so we can have deeper conversations and connections.
NOTE:
1. This is a social meetup for building social connections. Please do not use this space to sell or promote any products or services; there are other meetups for that.
2. As we're meeting at a cafe, everyone who attends the meetup needs to order something from the cafe at the very least. I have no arrangements with the cafe, but I think it common courtesy for using their space.
Looking forward to meeting you ladies soon!

CBusData - Ok I Want to Get Data into Fabric - Now What?
I love my job and one of the main things I do is help customers get going with any of the data technologies at Microsoft. Right now there are a lot of my customers asking about Microsoft Fabric. It's hard to weave across all the shiny new options across the Fabric landscape, let alone figure out where it fits into your organization. In this session we'll focus on answering one question - how can I get data into Fabric? We'll talk through the "it depends" options and see some of the options in live demos.
