Come practice Rocket Yoga in the Heath every Saturday at 10am from June 2026. You’ll be led by Susana Alexandra - certified Ashtanga vinyasa and Rocket/ Rocketbeats teacher- through a beginner friendly Rocket 1 and 2 practice. We will then head for coffee nearby where we’ll share reflections on our weekly book read. The books we read will be chosen at random and can be on any topic or genre.
