I strongly suspect this recurring event no longer takes place, but I have never received any information about it since I first heard years ago and have never had any enquiry. ======= Blow the cobwebs away and get active at lunch time with a bike ride around Central Park to perk you up for your afternoon's work. Havering CTC: Countryside rides every Sunday from Upminster, very easy to get to from Barking by c2c train - check they're running though.
