I puheenvuoro **Lenni Ojala,** *Relex Solutions* **Uudistumista kaaosvoimin – mitä tapahtuu, kun AI-kokeilu päätetään tehdä isosti?** AI-työkalut kehittyvät kuukausissa. Organisaatiot muuttuvat yleensä hitaammin. Mitä jos ei lähdetä pieniin piloteihin — vaan päätetään tietoisesti avata kokeilu laajasti? RELEXillä tehtiin valinta: tuotepuolen ihmisille annettiin mahdollisuus kokeilla AI:ta featureiden tekemisessä kunnolla. Ei varovasti sivussa, vaan osana oikeaa tekemistä, end-to-end. Museokortin järjestelmäpäällikkö Janne Oksanen päätti lähteä testaamaan tätä yhdessä Wonnan kanssa: mitä tapahtuu, kun vahva tuoteomistajuus ja syvä domain-osaaminen yhdistetään tekoälyavusteiseen kehitykseen. Kyse ei siis ollut pienestä kokeilusta, vaan oikeasta ominaisuudesta useamman käyttöliittymän palveluun. Salesforce on keskeinen osa Museokortin järjestelmäkokonaisuutta. Museokortin kehitystiimillä on vahva domain-osaaminen sekä syvä ymmärrys omasta ympäristöstään. Wonnan kehittäjillä taas ei ollut aiempaa kokemusta Salesforcesta. Uskottiin silti, että on mahdollisuus onnistua - ainakin oppimaan. Nopeuttaako tekoäly riittävästi teknologia-alustan haltuunottoa? Kuinka pitkälle vahva domain-ymmärrys kantaa?
