Holistica BodyMind Flow The Spring Sessions The Holistica classes are a blend of mobility, strength, breathwork, and deep relaxation exercises. We use Yoga, Qigong, and somatic practices, as well as playfulness, dance, and creativity. Our goal is to allow ourselves to have some quality “me time” , to build a warm community and to provide tools to support our wellbeing in everyday life. 2\. class of The Spring Sessions: **Growing** Last time we were awakening our energies after a long winter. This time we will focus on fortifying, stretching and expanding. For that we will use resources from Yoga and Qigong as well as stretching and lymphatic exercises, to clean our energy pathways from blockages and stagnation, paving the way for healing and growth. We will have 3 classes in March: Tuesday 3rd: \*\*Awakening\*\* - Time to awaken our energy and overcome resistance. Tuesday 17th: \*\*Growing\*\* - Time to stretch, expand and fortify. Warm welcome to join our weekly improv club for amateurs! No previous experience in theatre or improvisation is required – the most important thing is to have fun and try something new. **IMPORTANT**: Spots are limited, please make sure to reserve yours! The training sessions teach and apply basic improv techniques, skills and principles. In addition to short exercises, those who are interested can work towards for a small performance for a small audience in late spring – however, participation is also meaningful without the desire to perform. *Commitment*: The first four times you can come and get to know the other participants and the techniques without any commitment.
