We investigate just what that means in our own lives, looking at ways in which we can become less reactive and more creative, with a combination of teaching, discussion, meditation and practical exercises. The path to Enlightenment, then, is one of ever-increasing creativity, and we look at one of the Buddha’s teachings in which he describes a sequence of ever-increasing creative states of mind, all the way to Enlightenment. This is a linear walk along the coast from Sutton train station to Duffys pub in Malahide. The start of the walk is served by a pay and display car park, bus route 102 and DART. The end of the walk is served by bus 102, 42 and the DART. Hopefully you can join me as this coastal path offers great views along the North Dublin coastline. As always, all walkers participate at their own risk.

This Saturday we are going to sweat! 💃🏽✨ High-intensity dance is a powerful way to release **dopamine**, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure, motivation, and reward. Using a mix of house basics, hopscotch, and the song *No Broke Boys* by *Disco Lines* and *Tinashe,* we will activate the part of the brain responsible for releasing these "feel-good" chemicals and leave the class glowing! And because I know this is what many of you love the most, the **outfit recommendation of the week:** This choreography is playful and fun, so I’m thinking **colours, white, and tennis skirt!** Well-cushioned sneakers with good support for jumping are recommended as there will be some jumping (a low-impact version will also be offered, so no panic 😆). We often stay for lunch together at a café of our choice, because community is part of the experience. This class is open to **all levels**. Whether you already dance or you simply want to feel your body again, this space is for you. Expect warmth, laughter, a good challenge and a lot of energy. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and sate environment and open up about our lives freely. A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves. Anything you share in the session is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the room. Please only RSVP if you intend to come and change your RSVP to 'No' if you are not going to be able to attend. • **PRICE:** 5 € to cover the room (Revolut/Cash/ Paypal). Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience. And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree. In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again. Examples of painful experiences include: * A broken relationship or divorce. * Death or loss of a loved one. * Death of a pet. * A sudden shock or bad news. * A betrayal. * Being part of an abusive relationship. * A bad injustice. * Loss of a job, position or business. * A grave illness or injury. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
