Yin: Nervous System Reset
Yin: Nervous System Reset
In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways. We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The class is led in English and is open to all levels. .
Felix Tensing: Exploratives Testen Bottom-up – Testsessions mit Sprengkraft
Felix Tensing: Exploratives Testen Bottom-up – Testsessions mit Sprengkraft
Hallo liebe Java User Group Mitglieder!

Gentle Flow & Sound Bath
Gentle Flow & Sound Bath
This nourishing 60-minute session blends a gentle, feel-good yoga flow with immersive sound healing to help you move, breathe, and soften back into yourself. We begin with a slow, intuitive flow designed to release tension, awaken the body, and create a sense of ease and fluidity. Movements are accessible and adaptable, focusing on grounding, opening the heart, and reconnecting to natural rhythm rather than pushing or striving. Breath awareness guides each transition, allowing the practice to feel both energizing and calming. As the body settles, the session gradually transitions into a deeply restful sound journey. Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and voice gently wash through the nervous system, supporting relaxation, emotional release, and creative flow. You're invited to rest, receive, and simply be. This class is ideal if you're seeking: * A gentle yet uplifting movement practice * Stress relief and nervous system reset * A sense of grounding, creativity, and embodied calm * A mindful experience that blends movement, sound, and presence No prior yoga or sound healing experience is needed. Come as you are - curious, tired, inspired, or simply in need of a pause. ✨ Move. Feel. Rest. Reset. ✨ Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Pilgrimage Hike: Dahlewitz to Blankenfelde (13 km) – The Way of Letting Go
This pilgrimage hike follows the **Baruther Linie regional trail**, leading us from Dahlewitz through heathland and villages to the shores of Rangsdorf Lake. It is a gentle, reflective walk about simplicity, honesty with ourselves, and exploring what we might need less of. 📅 **Date & Time** * **Date:** Saturday, February 14, 2026 * **Start:** 10:04 AM at Dahlewitz Train Station *(Travel via RE8 from Berlin Hbf at 9:38 AM – also stops at Potsdamer Platz and Südkreuz)* * **Duration:** Approx. 4–5 hours * **End:** Blankenfelde Train Station *(Frequent return connections via RE8, RB24, or S2 every 5–10 minutes)* 🗺️ **Route Highlights** * [Komoot tour](https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2735010242) * Walking through the Dahlewitz Heath (Dahlewitzer Heide) * Time at Rangsdorf Lake with an optional swim at the lakeside beach * Passing small Brandenburg villages * Nature reserve Former Lake Blankenfelde 🤔 **Why This Hike?** In the week following this hike, Lent and Ramadan begin – two traditions that remind us of the value of conscious restraint and simplicity. This pilgrimage invites reflection on questions such as: * What does “letting go” mean for me right now? * What habits, thoughts, or expectations might I need less of? * What becomes possible when I create space? No religious background is required. The walk is open to people of all beliefs and none. This pilgrimage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect on life’s important questions. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace, share thoughts, and take time for moments of silence – about 30 minutes to an hour– to listen to nature and our inner voices. 🔔 **What to know & bring** * It’s winter, dress for the season and the weather. Important: hiking or running shoes, warm layered clothing, hat and gloves. * Bring enough food and water for the whole day, as we won’t stop anywhere to buy snacks or drinks. A thermos with hot tea or coffee is highly recommended! * Don’t forget your public transport ticket for the way there and back. * There may be an option for a quick winter dip. If you’d like to try it, bring swimwear, a towel and extra clothes to warm up afterwards. 📩 **Questions & Registration** If you have questions or need help with planning your trip, feel free to reach out. You’re also welcome to join our WhatsApp group for updates and connection before the hike. Feel free to contact Pilgrim Guide Alexander via WhatsApp message (+4915757652601) or email (alexander.steinfeldt@outlook.com). **Waitlist = You're in! 😊** Currently, only 10 members can officially register on Meetup (due to the restrictions of the free version). However, you’re welcome to join the hike by joining the [Whatsapp group](https://www.alexander-steinfeldt.de/hikes/berlin-pilgrims/) for this event.

CBusData - Ok I Want to Get Data into Fabric - Now What?
I love my job and one of the main things I do is help customers get going with any of the data technologies at Microsoft. Right now there are a lot of my customers asking about Microsoft Fabric. It's hard to weave across all the shiny new options across the Fabric landscape, let alone figure out where it fits into your organization. In this session we'll focus on answering one question - how can I get data into Fabric? We'll talk through the "it depends" options and see some of the options in live demos.

It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself. Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went? Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence? Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
