Deep Rest : Sound & Visualization Journey
This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest.
The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration.
Spieltreff Spandau / Spandau Game Meeting
If you don't want to drive all the way through Berlin for a cozy game evening, then Spieltreff Spandau is the place for you! We play every Thursday from 6:30 p.m. in the Lebenshilfe Groenerstrasse storefront, or outside on the terrace when the weather is nice in summer. But you can also come later, because we usually play until at least 10 p.m., and there are always new rounds of the game.
Thanks to the support of numerous game publishers, we have various board, card and dice games available, but you can also bring your own games.
You can find the Spieltreff Spandau at Groenerstrasse 20 near Falkenseer Platz and Bismarckplatz. We are easy to reach by public transport and there are enough parking spaces in the area.
Admission is free, we are happy about a donation of 2 €.

Yin: Pause & Presence
In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways.
We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

We combine conscious breathing, cold-water immersion and guided rewarming to help you boost your energy, mental resilience and inner strength.

Before entering the cold water, we prepare the body and mind through guided breathing:

This nourishing 60-minute session blends a gentle, feel-good yoga flow with immersive sound healing to help you move, breathe, and soften back into yourself.
We begin with a slow, intuitive flow designed to release tension, awaken the body, and create a sense of ease and fluidity. Movements are accessible and adaptable, focusing on grounding, opening the heart, and reconnecting to natural rhythm rather than pushing or striving. As the body settles, the session gradually transitions into a deeply restful sound journey. Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and voice gently wash through the nervous system, supporting relaxation, emotional release, and creative flow. You're invited to rest, receive, and simply be.

Grounding Hatha-Kundalini
A 60-minute Hatha-Kundalini practice designed to guide you back to a state of stillness and ease at the week's end. This session is a curated journey to calm the mind and strengthen the body, using grounding Pranayama (breath control), purposeful asana (postures), and potent Kriya sequences. We will explore finding ease even within physical and mental challenge, learning to steady the mind, release built-up anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. The class is open to all levels, offering a mindful blend of challenge and relaxation.

Spieltreff in Kreuzberg (Nachbarschaftshaus Urban)
We play any kind of board and card games. Most of them are german or language neutral games.
It doesn't matter if you are casual or core player. The main thing is to meet and have fun.
Bring your own game or choose one of about 150 games we have on site. You want to play a certain game you don't own, ask Björn (spielfest-berlin@email.de) if he can bring it or ask in the comments.
Please RSVP if you like to come. It makes things way easier to organize, if we know how big the boardgame-enjoying-crowd gonna be.

This is a slow yoga class that guides practitioners into an embodied practice using somatic tools and yogic relaxation techniques\*\*.\*\* Suitable for all levels, this class brings forth the tradition of yoga with a contemporary twist.
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice supports physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. It’s an ideal way to unwind after a long day, reconnect with your inner world, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided through a nurturing sequence in a supportive space, with the intention of helping you feel restored, centred, and held.

In diesem dreistündigen Workshop sind alle Interessierten mit und ohne Vorkenntnisse dazu eingeladen, verschiedene Maker Space Technologien kennenzulernen. Wir erklären an unterschiedlichen Terminen (s.u.), wie sich mit Laser Cutter, 3D-Drucker, Schneidplotter, Näh- oder Stickmaschine nützliche Dinge für den Alltag herstellen lassen.
Inspiriert von den aktuellen Ausstellungen und Themen des Hauses, können am Laptop mit der Software Inkscape oder Tinkercad eigene Grafiken und Objekte entworfen und gestaltet werden. Wer sich geschickt anstellt, kann am Ende ein fertiges Produkt mit nach Hause nehmen.

**Shamanic Conscious Connected Breathwork**
This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. Intense states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.
### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* regulate your nervous system and feel more grounded
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
* experience clarity, emotional relief, and deep relaxation
### Each session typically includes:
* introduction and intention setting
* guided conscious connected breathwork
* music-supported journey

### Contraindications
This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:
