Ce groupe s'adresse en priorité à des personnes ayant déjà un certain niveau de pratique de la Communication NonViolente au sein de Empathie Radicale . Il est restreint en nombre de personnes participantes, et nous privilégions la profondeur de l'apprentissage par rapport au retour aux bases. Nous nous retrouvons en petit comité (6 participants) pour **2 heures d’expérience transformative** autour du *Rebirthing Breathwork*. Nous commençons par une **introduction à la pratique** et une **ouverture d’espace**, suivies de **mouvements doux** et d’une **méditation pour 'atterrir' dans le corps**. Puis vient le **voyage principal de respiration consciente et connectée**, une technique puissante qui aide à **libérer les émotions, calmer le mental et se reconnecter à soi**. La séance se termine par un moment d’**ancrage et de partage** ensemble autour d’un thé et d’un encas léger. Le **Rebirthing Breathwork** est une pratique de respiration consciente et connectée , une technique simple mais profondément transformatrice. Elle consiste à respirer de manière **continue, sans pause entre l’inspiration et l’expiration**, pour permettre à l’énergie vitale de circuler librement dans tout le corps. Au fil de la séance, cette respiration ouvre un espace intérieur où les **émotions refoulées, les mémoires et les tensions**peuvent remonter à la surface pour être **accueillies, libérées et intégrées**. C’est un **processus d’expansion de conscience**, qui aide à se reconnecter à son essence, à apaiser le mental, et à retrouver un sentiment profond de clarté, de paix et d’amour de soi. On l’appelle “rebirthing” — *renaissance* — car beaucoup de personnes expérimentent la sensation de **renaître à elles-mêmes**. Hi Badminton Fans! Come and join us every Sunday for a fun session of badminton. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! We will try our utmost to ensure that you play with people of similar levels. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes, and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun. There are changing rooms and showers. **Get There Early** Try and get there early to change and get warmed up so that we can start right on time. The courts are normally not being used before we play, so we can get a little extra time playing. **Registration & Payments** Registration is 14€ per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. For alternative payments, check for available slots on the event page first. Can I get a refund? * No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you inform us early enough, we can try to find a substitute and refund you, but no guarantees. 4. **Calling all queer crochet enthusiasts;** I am a visual artist located in Columbus that is searching for people who may want to gather while also participating in creating a piece of artwork. My goal is to spend time enjoying one another’s company while making a work of art that will be displayed within our community. I plan to teach people to crochet (if unfamiliar) while also inviting current fiber artists to join us for some much-needed social interaction. There are no expectations from those who attend, materials will be included, and any amount of participation is welcome!
