Different techniques works with different people. The important thing is that you make an effort and do something. The way I run Sunday support group depends on the size and dynamics of the group. Typically is as follows: 1) Each person has the ability to discuss a topic that needs to be related to shyness and social anxiety. It can be something that you have been struggling with, or it can be a recent incident that triggered your anxiety. 2) We will start with 2 minute of self-introduction where you share something about yourself with everyone such as interest, hobbies or passion. 3) Come and go as you please.
