We organise a watercolour workshop for beginners; The teacher is an advanced graphic designer and painter Tiana Diakova, whose works you can check on Instagram: @diakova_art. The maximum amount of people is 10 so the teacher will be able to guide every person. The workshop is adapted to a beginner's level (every time people who never painted before are surprised with the result they achieve!) This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and express yourself through art. We will begin with a short Buddhist-inspired meditation 🧘‍♀️, followed by an introduction to mandalas ⭕️ — what they are, their symbolic meaning, and how drawing a mandala can support self-awareness and emotional exploration. Through gentle body-based activities 🤍, we will move, release tension, and awaken creativity.
