Empezamos la semana desde la pausa. Una sesión para soltar el peso del lunes y entrar en un estado de **calma y profundidad**, combinando dos prácticas restaurativas: 🔹 **Yin Yoga**: posturas en el suelo, pasivas y sostenidas durante varios minutos. Una intensidad sutil pero profunda que trabaja sobre el tejido conectivo (fascia, ligamentos, articulaciones), fomentando flexibilidad, apertura y espacio interior. Es también una práctica excelente para **nutrir la quietud mental y regular el sistema nervioso**. 🔹 **Yoga Nidra**: una relajación guiada en estado de “sueño consciente” que te ayuda a soltar tensiones físicas y mentales, regenerar tu energía y acceder a un descanso más profundo.
