Je suis Elisa, coach sportive et je te propose de rejoindre notre groupe pour s'entrainer ensemble, au poids du corps, en plein air. Pas de salle, pas d'abonnement, pas de materiel. L'objectif n'est pas d'etre parfaite — c'est de progresser, a ton rythme. Comment se passe une séance ? Chaque séance dure environ 45 minutes et suit le même format : échauffement, circuit de renforcement musculaire au poids du corps, puis étirements. Les séances sont encadrées, structurées, et variées. Ce qui fait la force de ce groupe, c'est l'atmosphere. Pas de jugement sur les corps, pas de competion, pas de pression. On est la pour se sentir bien, se dépasser, et partager un moment avec des femmes qui ont la même envie de prendre soin d'elles.
