This is a **cutting shapes (UK shuffle)** class for beginner and intermediate shufflers. This time, we'll focus on **basic cutting shapes steps** and practice a few short combos (comining two or three steps). **Beginner shufflers** will have the chance to learn these basic steps for the first time or get (another) chance to practice them. **Intermediate shufflers** will learn to vary these basic steps with additional leg and arm movements, learn to combine them in new ways and keep practicing their foundations. The venue varies from week to week, so please check the location for each event. If you have any suggestions for where you might like to meet next time, please send me a message. The number of attendees varies as you can see from the past events, but there is usually at least 50. I have been running this support group since a year 😇 What to expect in the circle: \- The first 45 minutes we can spend to get coffee and settle down \- On a volunteer basis\, each of the attendee will then get some time to share things that they are dealing with\, perhaps for 2\-5 minutes \- You can skip sharing even if you are in a circle\, there's no force \(and there will never be\) on you to share\, staying silent and listening is completely ok \- Attendees can recommend books or reading material if they like ///// ….. /////// Code of conduct: 📓 Please arrive on time. There are no requirements or expectations of any kind. Speaking is encouraged but not compulsory. All issues are legitimate and deserve attention. Everyone is entitled to share their experience, including yourself. Speak honestly and respectfully. Try not to downplay or invalid other people's feelings, or your own. Pay attention to physical and emotional boundaries. Avoid raising your voice, interrupting or talking over anyone else. Be aware of how much you’re participating so everyone gets a chance to speak. It's an indoor heated (+25°C) pool, and I'd love for you to join us! We'll be gathering for a casual chill 30-minute swim. No need to race or compete, just enjoy the water and calm after completing the swim.
