The exhibition will be divided into three parts, specially designed for the impressive spaces of the institute, a major architectural complex from the late 16th and early 17th centuries. The Baroque chapel will display works that chart a very long and important period in the master's career, from the 1930s to the early 1970s, from metaphysical architecture, through vedutes of Venice to famous Italian squares. The chapter hall will display a significant selection of works dedicated to de Chirico's so-called "baroque" phase, from paintings of horses and riders to still lifes, which the artist liked to call "quiet lives". The last part, located in the foyer, will present the artist's work in the field of graphics, to which he attached great importance. Drawings, sketches, lithographs and engravings from the archive of the great printer Alberto Caprini, with whom the master had a long relationship based on mutual respect and collaboration, will be exhibited. On display will be around 60 works from important Italian and European private collections. There will be references to de Chirico's previous stays in Prague, his friendship with the great Czech painter Jan Zrzavý, and a tribute to the master by Mario Schifano, a significant figure in Italian and international art of the second half of the 20th century. This month we will be discussing **Frank Santoro**, an American cartoonist, painter, and comics critic known for his expressive lines, experimental page layouts, and vibrant use of color. His graphic novels—including *Storeyville*, *Pompeii*, and *Pittsburgh*—blend personal storytelling with innovative visual structure, often exploring memory, place, and relationships. In addition to his comics, Santoro has been an influential voice in comics education and criticism, co-founding the magazine *ComicsComics* and creating the **Santoro Correspondence Course for Comic Book Makers**, which has helped train and inspire a new generation of cartoonists. Afterwards, we will have time to work on our individual art projects, hang out, and if anyone is interested in feedback on their work, there will be time for that as well.

A fun way to compare wines from two different countries at a time. House Wine is squaring off two countries' wines against each other each Thursday in March.
